Lets Go Racing!

2008 Racing Update:

This year the Branden Allen Motorsports team has made several significant changes. We have decided to shift gears from racing INEX legends to racing in the USAC Ford Focus Midget series. Over the winter, we have been diligently working to get ready for the season. We also teamed up with Marc Watcher from Watcher racing. Marc is a veteran Midget racer, who has a vast amount of experience on and off the track.  Marc has been instrumental in builiding and setting up the car.

 Meet Our Team:

Our team has joined forces with the Watcher Racing team to ensure that we have all the right skill sets to be successful. Our core  team members from left to right: Marc Watcher - Crew Chief, Branden Allen - Driver Dervin Allen - Chief Mechanic

Marc has vast amount of experience working on this type of car and he has been sharing his knowledge with Dervin and Branden. This team has spent endless hours in shop buliding, setting up and maintaining this car.

We also have many other team members that work behind the scense and help out at the track.  We would like to thank every team member for their dedication and support!

 INEX Legend - Crew Chief

This year Branden is also working as crew chief for an INEX Legend racing team. Joe Barbosa is the owner of the team and Dylan is driver.

Dylan is 14 years old and is driving the INEX Rookie division. So far this year, Dylan has won five feature races and this new INEX team is off to a awesome season.  Dylan has recently become the point leader in his division and working toward his first championship title.

Branden has been working hard to ensure that Dylan's car is setup to win and it looks like the hard work is really paying off!  This car is extremely hooked up and Branden is starting to help other teams with their setup.

The team has also expierence their share of the lows this season. Dylan had one bad wreck earliy on the season. He was cutoff by another driver and jumped the tire to hit the wall. The car had to be torn all the away apart and a new front clip was replaced on the car. Luckily, Branden and Joe have the skills and the work ethic to quickly fix Dylan's car. They were able accurately setup the car and came back to win the very next race.  This set the competitors on fire and the season is really seems to be heating up. This team has the winning combination to pull of the championship. Stay tuned to see what happens.

If your looking for your next win call Branden.  He is for hire and he can dial these cars in to make them run at peak performance. If you are interested in having Branden work on your car give him a call 630-947-9520.  He works on  INEX Bandolero's, Legends and USAC Midget cars.

This year our combined teams will be racing two cars on the full UMARA schedule. We will be participating in the USAC Ford Focus division and the cars will be driven by Branden Allen and Marc Wachter. Both cars will be powered by a sealed engine from SCREAM.  Branden's car has a spike chassis that was built fresh for the 2008 season with one of kind fabricated components. Both cars will be painted with the same paint scheme.  Stay tuned for updated pictures.

 Events Planned:

We plan to participate in about 20 events which will be held throughout the Midwest. Specific event dates will be published by UMARA in March 2008. The majority of events have traditionally been held at the Grundy County Speedway; however this series will compete in a few events in Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin.
